Fred was a Laboratory Supervisor at Lamar University for 2 years and has been a Chief Engineer and Consultant for over 30 years. He has had the responsibility to oversee all environmental tasks, geotechnical investigations and preparation of expert witness documentation on areas with major settlement or subsurface problems.

Kevin has over ten years of diversified experience as a Geologist managing commercial, industrial, military, residential, municipal, and undeveloped projects in California, and other states in the United States. The majority of his experience demonstrates expertise in environmental geology managing projects for the Field Investigation Team (FIT), USEPA, Region 9 that included Preliminary Assessments and Site Investigations using the Hazard Ranking System for sites being considered for inclusion on the USEPA's National Priorities List.
Kevin has gained significant geotechnical engineering experience including grading for residential and commercial developments; fault trench studies, preliminary geotechnical investigations; percolation tests; post-grading observation and soil density testing for development projects.
Additionally he has managed the over-excavation of alluvial materials and the mapping of bedrock geology and has conducted construction inspection of temporary shoring.
